It Just Doesn’t Matter
While many (including yours truly), in a fit of being fed-up with business, politics, or the world in general, often fall back upon the famous line from the 1976 movie “Network,” “I’m as mad as hell, and I’m not going to take it anymore!” to express their feelings, I have recently switched to a different cinematic reference I order to better convey how I feel about the pig-headed debt ceiling impasse in which our alleged leaders in Washington now find themselves: “It just doesn’t matter.”
